Every week more than 20 people in this country die from an illness relating to Asbestos.

Asbestos can be found in properties built or refurbished before 2000.

Asbestos surveys are a requirement set out by the Health and Safety Executive for all commercial premises and are often a requirement when selling a property even it is is a block of flats or a house converted to flats.

We are able to complete a Type 2 Asbestos Survey for your property. The survey will identify any areas of potential asbestos which will be photographed and placed in a report for ease of understanding.

A discount rate can be arranged for both an Asbestos Survey and a Fire Risk Assessment.
